For projects that need to be fired, high-fire clay should be used and enough time should be left for natural drying. For children’s classes, air-dry clay can be used. After the clay material is selected, it is usually divided, pressed and wedged before use. Function: Used for small amounts of water adjustment, surface moistening and cleaning during hand building, forming and cleaning. During wedging, a large amount of water is usually not needed.
